Understanding how to deal with Global Chef Pty Ltd will ensure your continued access to this portal and the benefits it affords to your business. Unless otherwise stated full payment is required prior to goods being shipped.

Account Customers: Credit terms are a privilege not a right given at the sole discretion of Global Chef Pty Ltd.
- NEW Credit Accounts - From 1st April, 2015 Australian businesses with an ABN may request a credit application subject to Personal Guarantees and enduring credit card payment authority being signed. This is to avoid any risk of loss to Global Chef Pty Ltd.
- Existing Credit Accounts - It is a requirement that Payment Terms on Invoices be respected. To avoid any embarrassment of credit being withdrawn please pay promptly within terms stated on the invoice.
- International and Export Clients - Pre-payment Only.
- International Customers will be sent a pro-forma invoice to prepay a 50% deposit to commence their order for ready made garments.
- Note: Customised garments must be prepaid in full to commence order e.g. Embroidery or special alterations.
- Balance is due on request of pre-delivery notification.
- Once goods are ready to dispatch and 100% payment from customer completed then goods will be dispatched promptly and delivered duty paid door to door to the international customer.
- International customers will be given a dedicated account manager and kept regularly informed of expected delivery timeframe and status.
- Pre-Pay Now Customers will be directed to Pay via the PayPal portal where credit card or paypal funds can be submitted or may pay using Electronic Funds Transfer.
- Pre-Pay Later Customers will be emailed a Pro-Forma invoice for payment before goods are shipped.
- On Account Customers pay strictly within 21 days from invoice date or risk having credit suspended.
"Credit Card Surcharges": There is presently No surcharge for using MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Amex credit cards attract a 3% surcharge.
"Early Payment Discounts": not permitted.
"Preferred Payment Method" is by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT Bank Transfer.)
