Reward System

Each time you order you will accumulate points which can be used against future orders to provide further cost reductions. Not redeemable for cash outside of this portal. The more you order the less you pay per item. Wholesale rates displayed are your special B2B base price for 1-4 pcs in the same SKU style. Buy 5-9pc in the same SKU style to get a further 12.5% discount off your B2B base price. Buy 10 or more pcs in same SKU style to get 20% discount off your B2B base price.

 

Warranty


We do our best to have products clearly displayed and described on this portal however variations may happen:

You acknowledge and agree that:
All pictures and images of Goods displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only, sizes and dimensions of Goods may differ in real life; you have read any corresponding written description of the Goods prior to submitting your Order; 
the fabric colour of Goods (jackets, pants, hats and aprons) may vary due to production batch and brand variations;
where we provide sizing or other measurements in the descriptions of a Good (where applicable), it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your Order; and any accessory featured with the Goods is for illustration purposes only.
Please note not all products are suited to all uses so be sure to choose the correct product to suit your needs.
We do not recommend budget items for 5 star clients so choose a suitable commercial product. If in doubt call our staff for assistance before you order. Once goods are delivered check goods upon receipt and advise in writing if goods are faulty within 30 days. If goods are faulty we will provide an exchange, replacement or refund.
No returns will be accepted without first obtainining a Returns Authority Confirmation from Global Chef. Refer to "Delivery & Returns" below.

Accessory items warranty expires 60 days from date goods are purchased from Global Chef.
Clothing items warranty expires 100 days from date goods are purchased from Global Chef.
Footwear items warranty expires 180 days from date goods are purchased from Global Chef. (excludes "clearance" footwear which has expired warranty period)
Please note we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully as a 15% restocking fee plus return freight charges may be incurred on exchange items due to incorrect ordering by customers or change of mind.

No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.  Credit Card fraud in particular is a crime that is being committed daily over the Internet.

 

Overseas Orders

At Check Out select "OverSeas" freight option. Your order will come through to us without a freight charge included at this stage.

We will then check latest international freight charges based on your order volume and confirm the freight charge with you. Once approved we will add this agreed charge to your order and this will automatically update on your account.

You can view order details on your portal "Account" area . Simply select the recent order in question to see updated freight charge.

Prepayment is a requirement on ALL International Orders.

  • Secure Details: Internet Ordering and Security is of utmost concern to us.  We will ensure your credit card details and personal information are safe. We will never sell, trade or give your personal information that you supply to us to anyone - at all!!
  • Credit Card Transactions: All your transactions are completed with the security provided by PayPal the highest level encryption servers available.  Your credit card details are guarded by technology that is completely 100% secure so you can order with confidence.
  • Secure Account: We use every means available to protect your sensitive information - that's why when you initially order from us, you will need to register as a customer by opening an account.
 

Payments

 

Getting paid is very important to us!
Understanding how to deal with Global Chef Pty Ltd will ensure your continued access to this portal and the benefits it affords to your business. Unless otherwise stated full payment is required prior to goods being shipped.

Please take the time to understand our payment terms.

 Account Customers: Credit terms are a privilege not a right given at the sole discretion of Global Chef Pty Ltd.

  • NEW Credit Accounts - From 1st April, 2015 Australian businesses with an ABN may request a credit application subject to Personal Guarantees and enduring credit card payment authority being signed. This is to avoid any risk of loss to Global Chef Pty Ltd. 
  • Existing Credit Accounts - It is a requirement that Payment Terms on Invoices be respected. To avoid any embarrassment of credit being withdrawn please pay promptly within terms stated on the invoice.
  • International and Export Clients - Pre-payment Only.
    • International Customers will be sent a pro-forma invoice to prepay a 50% deposit to commence their order for ready made garments. 
      • Note: Customised garments must be prepaid in full to commence order e.g. Embroidery or special alterations.
    • Balance is due on request of pre-delivery notification.
    • Once goods are ready to dispatch and 100% payment from customer completed then goods will be dispatched promptly and delivered duty paid door to door to the international customer. 
    • International customers will be given a dedicated account manager and kept regularly informed of expected delivery timeframe and status. 
  • Pre-Pay Now Customers will be directed to Pay via the PayPal portal where credit card or paypal funds can be submitted or may pay using Electronic Funds Transfer.
  • Pre-Pay Later Customers will be emailed a Pro-Forma invoice for payment before goods are shipped.
  • On Account Customers pay strictly within 21 days from invoice date or risk having credit suspended.

"Credit Card Surcharges": There is presently No surcharge for using MasterCard or Visa credit cards.  Amex credit cards attract a 3% surcharge.

"Early Payment Discounts": not permitted.

 "Preferred Payment Method" is by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT Bank Transfer.)

Goods sold via this portal remain the property of Global Chef Pty Ltd until paid for in full.
